Ian Moss has now been our preferred real estate agent for a number of years now. I therefore just wanted to pass on a few words of gratitude and observations. During this time we have specifically chosen and given Ian the responsibility to list four of our properties to sell, in addition to also having purchased two through him. Throughout all these transactions Ian has always been totally professional whilst also remaining friendly and approachable, something that is a really great quality of his. Having someone you can turn to in buying or selling your house and know the hard work will get done and in an appropriate manner is always reassuring. It would be fair to say that one sale in particular was very stressful for us due to our purchaser defaulting on the sale while we had already taken bridging finance on another property. During this time Ian went above and beyond, ensuring we were kept up to date, talking us through the processes while also recognising the additional stress this caused us and being a reassuring voice. I can honestly say on behalf of myself, my wife, my father and late mother that Ian has always made us feel at ease and the results of our sales have been very pleasing, often exceeding our expectations. On behalf all of our family, I also thank Ian for the ongoing kind thoughts and contact he maintained with us over the years. It is refreshing to see a professional take a genuine interest and care in his clients, not just during a sale. Ian has maintained contact with us, was one of the first to offer his thoughts and support during my mothers illness and always been the friendly Mr Moss with our children. Buying and selling is a stressful time, that's the nature of the beast. So someone that you can not only relate to, but professionally trust to do the best for you is a massive relief. Although we hope to not be moving again in the near future, if we do, and Ian is still involved, we'd certainly be calling him first.

Ian joined our team in 2000 after commencing selling Real Estate in Palmerston North in 1996.
Prior to selling Real Estate Ian was involved in the land surveying and development industry, so real estate was a natural progression from his former profession.
He has proved himself as an extremely motivated and professional salesperson. As a result of his commitment Ian has qualified for the Captain's Club in numerous years (The Captain's Club recognises the top 15% of salespeople in the LJ Hooker International Group).
