About Steve Allen
I have been in Real Estate for 23 years — the last 17 of which I have been Sales Manager/Principal of LJ Hooker Palmerston North. I love Real Estate — it's not a job, it's a career and totally absorbing.
I enjoy the challenges that present themselves when you run a large real estate office and I am fortunate to work with such a great team of professional people.
I have a strong background in construction, holding an Advanced Trade Certificate from the London City & Guilds which has been a fantastic background for real estate. I also have a Graduate Diploma in Business from Massey University and I am an Associate Member of Real Estate Institute of New Zealand.
I am married to Louise who is a very successful Residential Marketing Agent with LJ Hooker.
